A story that begins with you

Every Awakening Has a Timeline. This Is Where Yours Unfolds.

Spiritual coaching is not a single event — it is a living narrative. At Serenity Spirit Guide, we walk beside you through each chapter: from the first stirring of awareness, through the discomfort of transformation, to the quiet power of alignment.

The Spiritual Coaching Timeline

Most people arrive at spiritual coaching during a moment of disruption. Below is the arc we guide you through — not a rigid programme, but a living map shaped by your own unfolding.

Phase One — The Stirring

Something Feels Misaligned

You sense a gap between who you are and who you are becoming. Maybe it surfaces as restlessness, repeated patterns, or a quiet ache that no external fix resolves. This phase is not a problem — it is an invitation. We begin here by simply naming what is present, without rushing toward resolution.

Duration: 1–3 sessions
Phase Two — The Descent

Meeting What Has Been Buried

Genuine spiritual work requires going inward — into the stories, beliefs, and emotional imprints that have shaped your life. This is the phase many avoid, and the one where the deepest shifts occur. Through guided inquiry, breathwork, and reflective dialogue, we create a safe container for what needs to surface.

Duration: 3–6 sessions
Phase Three — The Threshold

Releasing the Old Self

At some point, the old identity no longer fits. This can feel like grief, confusion, or a strange freedom. We work together to honour what is being released while building the inner architecture for what is emerging. Rituals, journaling practices, and somatic awareness become central tools.

Duration: 2–4 sessions
Phase Four — The Integration

Living From a New Centre

Awakening is not useful if it cannot be lived. In this phase, we translate inner shifts into daily life — relationships, work, creativity, rest. You learn to trust your own guidance and navigate the world from a place of grounded clarity rather than reactive habit.

Duration: 3–5 sessions
Phase Five — The Ongoing

Deepening Without Dependency

The goal of spiritual coaching is not permanent reliance on a guide. It is to cultivate your own relationship with the sacred. We move to periodic check-ins, seasonal reflections, or simply a standing invitation to return whenever the next chapter begins.

As needed — monthly or seasonal

Soul Inquiry Sessions

One-to-one dialogue sessions rooted in deep listening, intuitive guidance, and reflective questioning. Ideal for those navigating life transitions, grief, or a sense of spiritual disconnection.

"After three sessions I finally understood why I kept hitting the same wall." — D.M., Darwin

Embodiment & Breathwork

The body holds what the mind forgets. These sessions combine conscious breathing, somatic awareness, and gentle movement to release stored tension and reconnect you with your physical-spiritual wholeness.

"I didn't expect my body to have so much to say." — R.K., Alice Springs

Seasonal Retreats

Half-day and full-day guided retreats held in the Northern Territory landscape. These immersive experiences combine walking meditation, nature connection, journaling, and group reflection.

"The land itself became part of my healing." — T.W., Katherine

Is Spiritual Coaching Right For You?

You feel stuck in a cycle
Repeating the same relational, professional, or emotional patterns despite your best efforts to change. Coaching helps you see the root beneath the loop.
Common in Phase 1–2
You are navigating a life transition
Loss, career change, relocation, relationship shifts, health challenges, or a sudden spiritual opening. These thresholds benefit from guided support.
Common in Phase 2–3
You sense a deeper calling
An intuition that your life is meant to express something you have not yet fully accessed. Coaching creates space for that expression to emerge.
Common in Phase 3–4
You want grounded spirituality
Not escapism, not dogma — but a practical, embodied relationship with the sacred that integrates into your daily life, relationships, and work.
Common in Phase 4–5
You are not in crisis
Spiritual coaching is not therapy or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, please seek professional psychological support first.

A Story From the Journey

When Lena first reached out, she described herself as "spiritually homeless" — raised in a faith tradition that no longer fit, drawn to practices she didn't fully understand, and exhausted from trying to figure it all out alone. Over five months of coaching, she moved through grief for the beliefs she had outgrown, explored contemplative practices from multiple traditions, and eventually arrived at a spiritual life that felt genuinely her own.

"I stopped looking for the right religion and started listening to my own soul. That shift changed everything — my relationships, my creativity, even the way I sleep."

Lena A., Morissetteville — 2024

What Others Have Shared

"I was sceptical about anything spiritual, but this felt grounded and real. No incense-and-crystals performance — just honest, deep work."

Marcus T., Darwin

"The breathwork sessions unlocked something I had been carrying for twenty years. I cried for an hour and then felt lighter than I have in decades."

Priya N., Palmerston

"What I appreciate most is that there was never any pressure to believe anything specific. The coaching met me exactly where I was."

James F., Alice Springs

Common Questions

Do I need to follow a specific spiritual tradition? +
No. This coaching is non-denominational and draws from contemplative wisdom across traditions. You are welcome regardless of your background — religious, agnostic, or somewhere in between.
How are sessions conducted? +
Sessions are available in person at our Morissetteville space or via secure video call. Each session runs approximately 60–75 minutes. Retreats are held at outdoor locations across the Northern Territory.
What is the difference between spiritual coaching and therapy? +
Therapy addresses psychological conditions and mental health diagnoses. Spiritual coaching focuses on meaning, purpose, inner alignment, and your relationship with the sacred. They complement each other well, but coaching is not a substitute for clinical care.
How much does it cost? +
Individual sessions are offered on a sliding scale starting from $120 AUD. Retreat pricing varies by format and duration. Please reach out for current availability and rates.
Can I do a single session or do I need to commit to a series? +
You are welcome to begin with a single session. Many people find that a series of sessions allows for deeper work, but there is never an obligation to continue beyond what feels right for you.
